We want you to love your new clothing. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Condition of Return items: To be eligible for a full refund, items must be:

  • Unworn and Unwashed: Items must be in their original condition. All original tags and labels must still be attached to the garment. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Faulty or Misdescribed Items: If your clothing arrives damaged, faulty, or is not as described:

  • 30-Day Right to Reject: You have a legal right to a full refund if you report the fault within 30 days of receiving the item.

How to Make a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@blkwte.com Please write "Return" along with the "Order No" in the subject heading.

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and these are non-refundable.

After the return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 Package Your Item: Use the original packaging where possible to ensure the item is not damaged during transit.

Proof of Postage: We strongly recommend obtaining a "Proof of Postage" receipt, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit without it.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 


Refunds

  • We will process your approved refund within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@blkwte.com.
  • Original Shipping: We will refund the cost of standard outbound delivery. If you chose a premium or express delivery option, we will only refund the value of the standard delivery rate.
  • Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.
